Baron Dillon Grille is named for the most famous resident to have ever called this barn home. (And yes, you are currently sitting on a chair in an old barn, that was once a horse farm.) But Baron Dillon, born in 1891, was a champion trotter who later had a very reputable stallion career, right on this very property. Give him a Cheers! when you order the next pint.
